Synopsis: A couple arrive at the door of a house that’s up for sale. It’s the home of EZRA (aged 5), and he’s the one who’s going to show them round. Initially taken aback, the couple gradually let themselves be swept up in this miniature estate agent’s game. From the living room to the kitchen, from the bathroom to the garden, from the mysterious crypt to the treasure room guarded by a dragon, the three of them
embark on an increasingly far-fetched adventure. But does Ezra really intend to sell his house?
